Important Things to Know

  • To start selling Earth Divas items, first click "New User" (top right of homepage) and complete the Wholesale Application. Once completed, you will see wholesale prices on all items.
  • For fast ordering – click QuickOrder
  • We swap out slow sellers - items must be in re-sellable condition with no price stickers and buyer pays return shipping cost.
  • We use price point UPC codes - not unique UPC codes. For example, all $9.99 items will have same UPC.
  • We refund or exchange any defective items immediately.
  • We offer net-30 terms for approved customers.

  • We're located in PA and ship out within 24 hours normally.

About Us: Product and Company Information

  • As a company, we started operations in May of 2004 under the Hemp Sisters brand. Then in mid 2006 we added an EarthDivas section to the Hemp Sisters site and then in early 2009 added an EarthDivas site.
  • EarthDivas only carries fair-trade products, that are made by hand using natural fiber materials. We pay the artisans directly, we pay them 30% more than the standard wage rate, and we pay them any profits that the company makes… 100% off all profits go back to the artisans.
  • Rather than work with many different producer groups from all over the world, our goal is to focus on just a couple of countries and get very involved in all the details that we think can make a real difference. When we started, we found fair-trade organizations using the internet, contacted these groups and started buying products. But when we visited the countries we learned that what is promoted on the web is not always the reality on the ground. This learning taught us to narrow our focus to just Nepal and India and be very, very hands on. We're now exploring the possibility of working with groups in one or two other countries.
  • The benefit of working directly with artisans in one country is that they make more money because there is no middle-man. We are also able to focus our attention on new styles and designs, improved production processes and most importantly, focus on consistency and quality. It's taken a few years, but we now have lots and lots of beautiful, well made designs, and we're working on many more. We think your customers will love them.

Hours of Operation

  • Mon – Fri from 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST
  • We are closed most major holidays and for the last few days of the year for inventory.
  • All customer service, warehousing, shipping is handled by a RML. There website is RMLsite.com. We have worked with them now for about three years and they are truly amazing.

How to Order

  • The best way to order is on our website. All items are listed on the site and there is lots of additional information and photos about each item on the site. We have a very simple one page registration process. Once you complete the registration process, you simply login to our website and you will see wholesale prices on all items.
  • To checkout, simply click the checkout button on the top right of any page, complete the one page checkout form and hit submit. On the check out page, you can pay by credit card or on account if you have been approved for net-30 payment terms.

Other Ways To Order

  • Many of our wholesale customers will just browse through the website to view products and then write down the Product Name and Item number and either fax us the order, mail it to us, or give it to Nora over the phone. If you can use the website as a starting point, this will help make sure we have the product in stock.

Tips On Using The Website

  • We've made online ordering really fast and easy. If your ordering for the first time, it's a good idea to browse through the site by clicking on the types of items you are most interested in. You can just add the quantity to your cart and then checkout.
  • But if you are familiar with our line, a really fast way to order is using Quick Order. The link to Quick Order is on the top of each page. Then you can order by UPC code (all items at that price point) or by product category (all items in that category). Just scroll through the products, enter the quantity you want and hit save. They will all be added to your cart.
  • Also, try using search. Enter MH for Modern Hemp Handbags. Or Recycled for items with recycled materials. Or Floral for floral design patterns.

Discounts and Promotions

  • We often run promotions on our website. We'll send out emails and occasionally some promotions are available only online.

Problems with Catalogs

  • We do have printed catalogs but they do not list all items. If you would like a catalog, please call us at 866-465-4489 or email us at Info@EarthDivas.com


  • We ship USPS Priority and Express Mail, UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight. All free ship orders are shipped UPS Ground. We recommned UPS for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for USPS orders that are lost or mis-handled by the post office.
  • We normally ship out with 12 to 24 hours, but during peak times, your order could ship out within 48 hours. Delays are caused by one thing… out of stocks. If you don't have an item in stock, we will try to contact you to see how you would like us to handle. We can refund or substitute, but we do not do back-orders. We will call you when we have the item back in stock.
  • We ship from Millersburg PA. USPS normally takes 2 to 3 days regarless of location, but it is not guaranteed. Please refer to map below for approximate ship times for UPS Ground.


  • Defective Items – If you receive a defective item, please email or call us and we'll issue a refund or ship out a replacement item immediately. We may also send a call tag to pick up the defective item.
  • Slow Sellers – Our goal is for you to have product in your store that sells well. If you have some items that are not selling well, please consider returning them for a credit. We call this a swap out.
  • We ask that you pay the return shipping and place an order for something that you think will sell well.
  • To process a slow seller return, please refer to the Credit Return Policy and please use the Credit Return Form.
  • But in a nut shell, we need the quantity and item numbers, we'll issue a credit authorization number, and then when we receive and inspect the goods, we'll email you a credit memo.
  • The goods must be in a re-sellable condition with hangtags and no price stickers.
  • The slow seller policy is designed to help you get the right product in your store.
  • We have had some customers who place large orders with us, attend a street show, and then return everything that does not sell.
  • This is not the intent of this policy. We reserve the right to revoke this offer to certain customers who frequently utilize this offer.

Out of Stocks & Back Orders

  • We will call and email you if you place an order for something we do not have in stock.
  • If you wish, feel free to enter a comment into the notes section saying ok to substitute from something similar, or not ok to substitute for something similar.
  • We do not do back orders, but we will call you when we have the item in stock.
  • Payment Methods & Terms
  • We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept checks, money orders and COD. We do not accept PayPal or Discover Credit Cards.

Privacy Policy

  • We do not share or sell or provide any other 3rd party your contact information, order information or payment information,except for the sole purpose of processing your orders and communicating directly with you regarding products and orders/sales information.

International Orders

  • We will ship orders internationally, but we require advance payment.
  • Please note that many countries charge buyers import tax directly. The cost on our website does not include local import taxes and fees.

Drop Ship Info

  • At this time we do not fulfill drop ship orders. We are working on a process that will allow us to support drop shippers with the necessary product and inventory information.
