Earth Divas: Return Policy
Returned Items: Earth Divas will issue a credit for any defective or returned items. No proof of return is required, but it does help us improve quality if we can see a photo of the item. All Earth Divas items are handmade, thus there will be some variations in size, color and fabric quality. This is normal. Just email us to process.
Seasonal Returns/Slow Sellers: Earth Divas will issue a credit on any seasonal return. Customer responsible for return shipping. So send back any unsold wool knit before Spring!
Returns Process: To process a return for slow sellers/seasonal returns, please email us the item number(s) and the quantity of each, along with your store/contact information… pls send to all email addresses: info@EarthDivas.com, sales@earthdivas.com and norac@rmlsite.com Nora will email a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number. We ask that you ship the items to our warehouse at your expense via UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes.

When we receive the return, we will inspect and count the items and then email you a credit memo. The items must be in a re-sellable condition to receive credit. This is very important. The hangtags must be attached to the product and there can be no price stickers attached to the hangtag. We cannot issue credits for items that we cannot re-sell.
Returns need to be sent to us within 12 months of the original sale date. After 12 months, there will be a 30% restocking fee. We cannot offer guaranteed sale on items that are more than 24 months old.
Please note, we issue a credit memo for returns. The credit memo must be used within 12 months of issuance.
