Return Policy

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. We understand that online shopping can sometimes be a challenge, and buying fair trade, hand-crafted, small batch items from producer groups adds an additional element of uncertainty. We've been in business since 2004 and we work very closely with the artisan groups that make our items. Our goal is that every customer receives a product that they love. We hope you'll tell your friends and family about the wonderful items you've bought from, and how 100% of the profits go back to the artisans that make the items.

However, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your item, we will refund you for the purchase price of the item within 30 days of ordering. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the original shipping cost or cover the cost to ship the item back to us. And in order to provide a refund we require that the item be in a re-sellable condition with the hangtags applied to the item.

Occasionally, our items do not hold up as well as they should. There may be a small tear in the fabric, a button, snap, zipper or buckle may break. In this case, the product was not made to our quality standards. In this case, we will send you a replacement product. If we do not have the exact same item that you ordered, we will send you something similar. We are working very hard to improve the quality of the construction and the materials that we use. But we know that occasionally we make mistakes. If this does happen, please email or call us and let us know, and we will replace the item that you purchased from us.

If you bought an item from a retail store and it did not hold up as you expected, you do not need to return it to the retail store. We will simply take care of it. Just call us and let us know that you had a problem and we will send a replacement. In the box that we send the new item, we normally include a return shipping label for the defective item. We ask that you simply drop it off at the post office or at a UPS store. These defective items help us improve our product.

We don't set a specific date by which our warranty is no longer valid. We expect our items to last a long time, but if you use it daily, it may last less than if you only use it occasionally. If you feel that the item did not meet your expectation of quality, we will replace the item. This policy may change, but our goal is to provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible price with the highest level of customer service. We want you to love our products, love our company, love our commitment to your satisfaction and we hope you will tell your family and friends about what a great product you received.

If for any reason, you are not happy with the service we have provided or you need to speak with someone else, please call me on my cell phone. My name is Ed Edmundson and my cell phone is 610-389-4489. I am the owner and founder of Earth Divas. I may not be able to help you immediately, but I will make sure that we do respond and do resolve your issue within reason.

To help us expedite your return/exchange, please be sure to include a copy of the invoice or a note with your name, address, phone number, order number, and the item number of item(s) returned and the price of each item. This will help us find your order quickly.

We have a very generous customer return policy, but we are not able to provide returns for items that are damaged by the customer. For example, if you spill wine or grape juice on the handbag and it is stained, we do not consider that a defect of the item. We are only able to help you if our product did not function properly.

International Customers

Due to the high incidence of fraud that we have experienced from customers abroad, we ask that you kindly wire transfer funds via Western Union . Upon receipt we will immediately ship your item to you. We suggest that prior to wiring funds, you email us to confirm that your items are in stock. We can also calculate shipping cost for you prior to payment.

Sale items are not eligible or refund, exchange or return.
