The best way to order is on our website. All items are listed on the site and there
is lots of additional information and photos about each item on the site. We have
a very simple one page registration process. Once you complete the registration
process, you simply login to our website and you will see wholesale prices on all
To checkout, simply click the checkout button on the top right of any page, complete
the one page checkout form and hit submit. On the check out page, you can pay by
credit card or on account if you have been approved for net-30 payment terms.
Many of our wholesale customers will just browse through the website to view products
and then write down the Product Name and Item number and either fax us the order,
mail it to us, or give it to Nora over the phone. If you can use the website as
a starting point, this will help make sure we have the product in stock.
We've made online ordering really fast and easy. If your ordering for the first
time, it’s a good idea to browse through the site by clicking on the types of items
you are most interested in. You can just add the quantity to your cart and then

Order. The link to Quick Order is on the top of each page. Then you can order by
UPC code (all items at that price point) or by product category (all items in that
category). Just scroll through the products, enter the quantity you want and hit

We do have printed catalogs, but the photos are often not great and they don’t list

We ship USPS Priority and Express Mail, UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight. All free
ship orders are shipped UPS Ground. We recommned UPS for tracking purposes. We are
not responsible for USPS orders that are lost or mis-handled by the post office.
We normally ship out with 12 to 24 hours, but during peak times, your order could
ship out within 48 hours. Delays are caused by one thing… out of stocks. If you
don’t have an item in stock, we will try to contact you to see how you would like
us to handle. We can refund or substitute, but we do not do back-orders. We will
call you when we have the item back in stock.
We ship from Millersburg PA. USPS normally takes 2 to 3 days regarless of location,
but it is not guaranteed. Please refer to map below for approximate ship times for
Defective Items – If you receive a defective item, please email or call us and we’ll
issue a refund or ship out a replacement item immediately. We may also send a call
tag to pick up the defective item.
Slow Sellers – Our goal is for you to have product in your store that sells well.
If you have some items that are not selling well, please consider returning them
for a credit. We call this a swap out.
We ask that you pay the return shipping and place an order for something that you
think will sell well.
To process a slow seller return, please refer to the Credit Return Policy and please
use the Credit Return Form.

authorization number, and then when we receive and inspect the goods, we’ll email
you a credit memo.
The goods must be in a re-sellable condition with hangtags and no price stickers.
The slow seller policy is designed to help you get the right product in your store.
We have had some customers who place large orders with us, attend a street show,
and then return everything that does not sell.
This is not the intent of this policy. We reserve the right to revoke this offer

We will ship orders internationally, but we require advance payment.
Please note that many countries charge buyers import tax directly. The cost on our
website does not include local import taxes and fees.
